| It’s the day before the funeral and the main room of the house is bustling with activity. I see this man hanging some new clothes on a bamboo structure assembled over the coffin. I’m told that the clothes are for the dead ancestors who will soon come to bring the deceased to the after life—the family is responsible for sending all of them new clothes as well as the deceased. |
